"V" is for....

It’s cold and windy here in South Mississippi and that makes it a good day for the next version of the Alphabe-Tour. I would like to tell you that I have a veritable bounty of vintage items that start with the letter “V”, but actually there are very few; however, I think you will enjoy the variety. Let’s view them up close so you can give me your verdict…….

“V” is for….

Vermont maple syrup tins

Vera Irish linen napkins

Vase – Imperial Glass

“Vesper” by Fostoria

Valentines handkerchief

Viewmaster

"W" is next..........I wonder what goodies I'll find!!!

  1. Love the Variety -- the Vera Irish linen is beautiful, as well as the "Vesper" and vase. Both my grandmothers carried "hankies" in their purses -- love the Valentine one.

  8. All nice vintage items. I especially love the little alphabet cross stitch sampler. Mississippi is probably loaded with practice stichery. Wasn't much to do back in the day when young ladies had to practice their handiwork.

  9. What great "V" treasures. It reminded me that I actually have some Vera napkins! Actually, I think they are in Tango Tangerine, the color of the year which I posted about the other day!
